I'm so glad you're here! Let me tell you a little about coaching and how I can help you achieve happiness and joy. 


My coaching sessions are 1 hour (either once or twice a week). During this time, we will work together on concrete actions to move you towards your goals.  I will tailor your coaching for the goals you set forth. I will be here as your guide in getting to those goals. We might work together using journaling, goal-setting, action items and other assessments, as well as our one-on-one coaching sessions. 

I believe in a holistic approach to life and I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals and find true happiness. At Mindful Living Coaching, I help people to discover and realize their true potential by providing guidance, support, and the tools to help them achieve their goals. I'm passionate about helping people find balance, clarity and purpose in their lives. Together, we'll identify areas of growth and explore new strategies to help you live your best life.

Coaching should never take the place of therapy, but can serve as additional support to help the individual achieve their goals.

Behavioral Coaching Services

Behavioral coaching is a form of life coaching that helps individuals gain insight into their emotions and subsequent behaviors, and how it impacts their lives. Through a series of conversations and activities, behavioral coaching helps people identify beliefs and patterns that limit their progress and develop new habits that lead to success. Unlike therapy, behavioral coaching focuses on developing actionable strategies for individuals to reach their goals. 

Coaching can be a valuable complement to therapy; however, it is important to note that coaching is intended to be pursued once significant emotional and psychological wounds have already been addressed and healed. I am not a licensed mental health counselor. Coaching is not intended to substitute mental health treatment.

Distracability can be really disruptive to one's life. Coaching can help individuals with attention problems develop skills and strategies they need to manage their symptoms and reach their goals.
